Looking to take a more strategic approach to workplace inclusion? This 30-minute Inclusion Essentials webinar takes you through the Aotearoa Inclusivity Matrix (AIM), an evidence-based framework developed for the unique dynamics of workplaces in Aotearoa New Zealand.

AIM provides a national standard for workplace diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and acts as a strategic roadmap to help organisations assess and strengthen their DEI practices across seven key components.

Te Uru Tāngata Centre for Workplace Inclusion Professional Services Manager Dejealous Palota-Kopa will explore how AIM can support your organisation to:

  • Align DEI efforts with long-term strategic goals
  • Assess your current level of DEI maturity
  • Identify gaps and opportunities using our suite of AIM Insights tools like the Qualified Assessment and Employee Perception Survey
  • Guide practical, tailored interventions
