The Diversity Awards NZ™ are back for 2026, with a new format and new categories. This year you will be able to recognise the work being done by your entire organisation, individual inclusion champions at your workplace and, for the first time, teams within your organisation advancing this mahi.

So before you begin crafting your entry, you will want to sign up for our free online Awards Entry Assistance Workshop for valuable advice on the new format, and the best way you can showcase your inclusion journey and the impact it’s having on your people and your organisation.

Facilitated by Te Uru Tāngata Centre for Workplace Inclusion Chief Executive Maretha Smit, the workshop will cover off the award categories and give guidance on how to decide which one to enter your initiative in.

You will also understand the judging criteria, the online entry process, the supporting material required and the awards timeline, plus there will be the opportunity to ask questions.
