Allyship in the construction sector

Research from ConCOVE (The Construction & Infrastructure Centre of Vocational Excellence) has underpinned a programme of work focused on bystander intervention in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Aimed at eliminating hostile work environments for women, the project produced a bystander framework, guidelines and other resources equip people to safely intervene when they see harmful behaviours.
