How do you know whether your inclusion efforts are being experienced by the people they're intended to support?
This session explores the insights emerging from the latest Workplace Inclusion Barometer snapshot and what they reveal about the visibility of inclusion in Aotearoa's workplaces.
The Workplace Inclusion Barometer is Aotearoa New Zealand's first independent, recurring measure of trust, belonging and inclusion in our workplaces. Rather than measuring what organisations say they are doing, it measures how people experience inclusion, providing a national picture of lived workplace experiences over time.
In this month’s Diversity Session, our panel will unpack the latest findings, explore where inclusion efforts are making an impact, where gaps remain and why inclusion isn't just what we say we do but what people experience. We'll also examine what the findings mean in practice and how organisations can make their inclusion efforts more visible to the people they aim to support.
Diversity Sessions are interactive online conversations designed to deepen our understanding of inclusion issues affecting our organisations and our people.
