End-of-year celebrations can be a time of connection and reflection, but they also raise important inclusion considerations. For people of different faiths, those who experience sensory overload, or staff managing financial pressures, workplace festivities can sometimes create barriers instead of belonging.

This session will explore how organisations can design celebrations that honour diverse faith perspectives, make events accessible for neurodiverse colleagues and remain mindful of the socio-economic realities many employees face at this time of year. Our expert panel will share practical approaches for creating meaningful, inclusive experiences that bring teams together without leaving anyone behind.

The discussion will highlight how to balance tradition with inclusion, ensuring festivities strengthen connection, wellbeing, and make it possible for everyone to belong.

Diversity Sessions are interactive online conversations designed to deepen our understanding of inclusion issues affecting our organisations and our people.

Whether you are planning a large end-of-year event, organising team gatherings or simply reflecting on how your workplace marks the season, this discussion will provide the tools and insights to celebrate inclusively and with care.

No refund or credit will be given for cancellations made after this time or for non-attendance at the event.
